I'm a solo backpacker looking for a party vibe, heading to sihanoukville on Tuesday then hopefully straight to Koh Rong. Are there lots of people about? I heard Saturday's (nestival) are great but I've missed that and can't make the next one. If I'm looking for social activity would I be better to spend more time in sihanoukville? How does the weather affect this too?Also any advice on stuff to do on the island would be cool
